Everyone at BXNG Glasgow is looking forward to finally getting the doors open. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out with our control we are having to wait a little longer. We are ready to go and are disappointed that we must push back our opening. I will be in the gym most days of the week for anyone that wants to have a look around and have a chat regarding classes and memberships. – Paul

In your corner (SCIO) is a charity based in Milngavie which was founded to offer self defence classes to domestic abuse victims, anti bully classes for children and to help adult with mental health issues.
