Boxing Classes

Our boxing classes are based in old school boxing techniques with a modern and exciting attitude. You will learn bag work, shadow boxing, and footwork and will guide you through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises.

Boxing is well known to be one the toughest and most effective forms of training you can do. As well as giving you an absolute kick ass full body workout, Boxing will improve your hand eye coordination, self-confidence and make you feel fierce!

As your skills improve, you can move on to more advanced training and supervised sparring.

Most important thing is you enjoy it and have fun punching things!

Women Only Classes

Due to our charity work we strive to be more accessible to women by providing a safe and secure environment.
Our women only boxing, BJJ and strength classes are made to remove the intimidating factor you may feel coming into a boxing or martial arts gym environment.

We aim to make you feel comfortable before we take you out the comfort zone.

It takes more than balls to fight!

Strength & Conditioning

A 45-minute kick ass circuit style class that will motivate and push you to your limits. Using a combination of free weights/functional and explosive moves you will hit max heart rate while burning fat & conditioning.

You will leave feeling exhausted, energised and ready for anything!

Pretty Powerful

Pretty Powerful is a female only lifting class established in 2012. Many women fear the weight section, a lack of knowledge leaves them trapped in a cycle of cardio machines and aerobic classes… queue Pretty Powerful!!! A small group environment teaching you correct form and building confidence using free weights. You will learn how to sculpt your body and gain strength each week until you feel ready to venture off on your own. Many of the initial pp class went on to train strong woman, powerlifting and competitive bodybuilding. The possibilities are endless with the right support!

Couch to contender

Starts in January

Our couch to contender fight camp gives you the opportunity to train like a fighter.
10 weeks training with 3 sessions each week.

2 strength and conditioning classes and 1 technical boxing class.
This is ideal for beginners who want a real taste of training like a fighter.
At the end of the 10 weeks, we will hold an event where you can showcase the skills you have learned by having a supervised exhibition bout with an evenly matched opponent from within the group.

All profits from ticket sales will go to our charity “In Your Corner (SCIO)”

This is an exciting safe way to challenge yourself and feel what it’s like to train like a real fighter.

BXNG KIDS CLASSES

Boxing is a kind of magic.
It gives discipline to the wild,
Strength to the weak & confidence to the shy.

Our kids’ classes are split into two age groups. 7-11- and 12–15-year-olds. The class is a fast paced, challenging and fun environment. It will consist of learning to skip, working with partners, footwork and shadow boxing. As they progress, we develop their skills by introducing the heavy bag, pad work and more defensive skills.

Boxing is ideal for kids to help build there self-confidence and improve their fitness.

BXNG / BURN

Our BXNG/BURN class consists of 2 elements. Half the class is based on our modern punchbags where you develop boxing skills and gives a killer exciting workout.

The other part of the class is spent on the gym floor focussing on body sculpting resistance circuits with fat burning cardio.

Our world class coaches, banging tunes and sexy lighting deliver the perfect workout for all fitness levels. All you need is two fists and a positive attitude.

We believe that its important that those who benefit from the charity are aware of the support they have and that they are not alone.

Don’t want a membership? Or simply want to try a new class? Pay As You Go Classes are available for everyone. Simply choose a class you want to attend and check with us if have availability for the selected class.
